Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy which is used to treat a wide range of medical conditions. Osteopaths use manipulation techniques to improve flexibility, joint range of motion and decrease levels of pain. Typically, this will be followed by rehabilitation exercises to be performed at home to help you manage your own injury.

Commonly called the biopsychosocial approach, this aims to identify lifestyle issues that may be contributing to your injury. We are all unique and will each have different needs based on our occupation and daily habits. This is why a full medical history will be taken at your first appointment to determine any underlying health conditions and the effects this may have on your injury as well as your nutrition and exercise regime.
